1. Data collected

The following data is collected in order to process an order: vehicle category, country of registration, licence plate, e-mail address, the time of the order and the result of the payment.

Full card numbers are not collected. Card details are entered in a form provided by the payment service provider and transmitted directly to that provider. Only the payment reference, the card brand and the last four digits are retained.

2. Purpose of processing

Data is processed in order to submit and administer the order, to issue confirmations, to respond to enquiries and to comply with accounting obligations.

3. Recipients

The licence plate, vehicle category and country of registration are transmitted to the vignette system for the purpose of registering the e-vignette. Payment data is processed by the payment service provider. Data is not sold and is not used for third-party advertising.

4. Retention

Order records are retained for the period required by accounting law and deleted thereafter. Data that is not subject to a retention obligation is deleted on request.

5. Data subject rights

Customers may request access to their data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, or a copy in a portable format by writing to the contact address published on this website.

6. Cookies

A single technical cookie is used to retain the selected language and the progress of an order. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
